In Season

Happy Day 7
Farmers market asparagus, staying hydrated in an aesthetically pleasing manner (Greg's handiwork!). 
Asparagus isn't a veggie that I wait all year with bated breath for. But with a little olive oil and lemon, grilled so that it gets a little carmel-y, and sprinkled with salt and pepper and topped with shaved parmesan, it's a whole different animal.
